Where are these meditations from?
They were created by Innerwise creator, Uwe Albretch. In this meditation series we’re taking the meditations and scripts he’s created and bringing them to life in an expanded interactive audio form. I don’t know about you, but for me it’s much easier for me to get into my zone when I’m listening along. Beyond the meditation’s I’ll educating and guiding you which will open the space for deeper awareness and then you’ll go directly into the healing breath meditation.
Here’s what Uwe has to say about The Breath:
“Breathing is life. Our whole being breathes. Everything we’re made of is rhythm, is alive, is breath.
Our breathing, however, is often impeded. It’s restricted and blocked. But how can it be freed?
Special breathing exercises or sheer will power will not transform our breathing permanently. If we adopt this course, the effect will last only as long as we are breathing.
Our breath is an indicator of the issues, blockages, and negative charges in our lives. Blockages are internal rigidities that are incompatible with life because they’re the opposite of movement.
Negative charges represent all that love is not -- hate, guilt, fear, aggression, sorrow and much more. All of that can lead to illness.
Blocked exhalation, the sense of being unable to breathe out deeply and freely, for example, stands for the inability to let go of issues from the past. Blockages to inhaling, a sense of being unable to breathe in, is a sign of fear and uncertainty about the future.”
Breathing does not occur in isolation. If your breathing is blocked it means there’s a blockage somewhere else. Knowing exactly where the blockages are helps us to understand how the interconnections of the body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit work.

How does it work?
Two healing breath meditation audios will be sent out per week. One on Wednesday morning’s and one on Saturday mornings. Begins on September 26th and the last meditation will be sent out on November 9th.
